Genesis Ethnic Body Care takes great effort and pride into making your products, and the hope is that they are immensely enjoyed and bring relaxation, better physical and spiritual health and a wealth of  information to your life. As always, Genesis Ethnic Body Care creates products that are 95%-100% organic, made with no animal products or byproducts and are preserved naturally with plant derived vitamin E and/or cold pressed wheat germ oil. Because of the organic nature of the plants and oils used, products may vary slightly in texture, color and/or consistency. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product in any way. However, it should be noted that all products are created using simple methods and are naturally preserved, therefore they should be used within two to four weeks and kept in the refrigerator when possible to extend shelf life.

Simply include in the email which items you would like to order. You will recieve an email back with the full price of your order, including taxes and shipping. If you agree, simply respond to the email with your method of payment (currently Paypal is the accepted form of payment but money orders will soon be accepted) and the address you wish to have your items shipped to. They will be shipped within 24 hours of your payment clearing. It's that simple!

    **Please note that product prices include NJ taxes, shipping and handling. Items are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment Monday through Friday. Items may be shipped seperately and there is no minimum order amount.  Products are made upon ordering so please keep this in mind as there is a "50% of the order price" cancellation fee for any product orders that are cancelled after confirmation emails have been sent. Returns are gladly accepted and payments will be refunded on any unused portions of products returned for quality issues within 3 business days of purchase. In such cases, all shipping, handling and taxes will also be refunded. Please provide your name, address and a copy of your reciept when requesting refunds, along with the reason for product return. If Genesis Ethnic Body Care deems the quality issue to be valid, a full refund will be issued to you in the same method the payment was recieved. If Genesis Ethnic Body Care determines that there was not a quality issue with the product, monetary refunds will not be given, and the costs of having the product returned to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Genesis Ethnic Body Care will send an email explaining the return determination, and any reasons for this determination, and any fees the customer will incur to have the product returned or a new product issued, if any.**
